The Dice have landed!

Hey Expanse fans!
Super short update for you today, but we thought you might be excited to know that our fulfillment partners have just sent us over pictures showing the Dice have arrived, and that they will start assembling orders and getting them shipped out right away! Current estimation is that all backers should have their dice in the mail by the end of next week!
We will send out tracking numbers as soon as we receive them, however many of you may be notified directly from the courier service when a package with your address enters their system.
That... is a lot of dice!
If you are one of the few remaining folks who have not filled out their pledge manager survey yet, or had trouble with a credit card error for shipping fees, please reach out to us as quickly as possible, either here on Kickstarter, or via [email protected], so we can get your dice sent to you.
Since the pledge manager is locked down and any additional pre-orders are closed... if you are seeing this update and worry that you may have missed out or realized you would really like a few more sets of dice for your collection, fear not! The Earther, Martian, and Belter dice packs will be available at your Friendly Local Gaming Stores soon, as well as for sale on our own Green Ronin Online store!

Hey there Firehawks (screaming or otherwise),
You may have noticed that we charged for shipping this week, locked down addresses and closed the pre-order store. That's because Q Workshop has shipped the finished dice, and they are on the way to our fulfillment center now! We're currently expecting them to arrive in early March, and fulfillment to begin soon after.
We'll have another update for you once we've confirmed that they have arrived and fulfillment is underway.

Last call for address updates and changes to orders!

Hey Screaming Firehawks,
We have an update for you at last! The Dice have completed manufacturing and are about to head out to our fulfillment center! Global shipping is a bit... complicated at the moment, but the relative size and weight of the Dice means that we get to avoid a slow container ship, and use a courier like UPS or FedEx instead. Once the Dice arrive, our fulfillment partners will assemble your orders and begin shipping!
I'll update folks again when we have a specific timeline for arrival and an estimate on when you can expect to receive your Dice!
But here's the important part! Tomorrow morning (that will be Friday, Feb 5th) , we will send out the 48 hour notice to complete your orders and update any address changes. On Monday morning, all orders will be locked and shipping will be charged. There are currently 51 people who have not yet answered their pledge manager surveys, and we'd really hate for you to miss out!
If you have friends in your gaming groups who might want a set or two of their own, let them know that the pre-order store for late pledges is only open through this weekend. This is their last chance to pick up those exclusive Protogen Dice before they mysteriously disappear into a small sphere of nothingness!

Backerkit surveys are go for launch!

Hey there Screaming Firehawks!
The stress test was resoundingly successful, with zero backer issues over the weekend, so we've sent out the remaining surveys and opened up the pre-order store for those who missed the campaign while it was live on Kickstarter.
If you're seeing this update, but missed out on pledging during the campaign, you can pre-order dice, along with the Kickstarter exclusive Protogen Dice, at the link below.
Let us know if you run into any problems or have any questions about your pledge. And remember, if you wanted to add the Protogen Dice as one of your choices in the multi-set pledge tiers, you can adjust your pledge to reflect the number of Earth, Mars, and The Belt sets you'd like, and then choose the Protogen Dice as an add-on. This will use your pledged funds first, and will not charge you extra if you pledged for 4 sets, but switched to 3 and then added the Protogen Dice (in fact, you'll save a little bit that will go toward shipping!)
We'll be back with any updates to shipping times as we get closer to fulfillment!
The pledge manager on Backerkit is incoming!

Hi all,
We have just launched the pledge manager on Backerkit, and the survey invitation emails should be going out very shortly. Initially we'll be doing test run on a very limited number of backers, just to make sure that everything is stable and double-checking air and water seals on everything.
Once the test is complete, we'll be sending out the remaining survey emails so you can confirm your pledges, purchase any add-ons, and enter your shipping address. All remaining backers can expect to see their survey emails early next week. Additionally, the PDFs for the Expanse RPG books will become available to download early next week as well.
We're currently on track to begin fulfillment to backers in the spring of next year. Current estimates are late Q1 or early Q2. And we'll likely be locking in addresses and charging for shipping and add-ons, right around the first of February.
A quick note for those of you who pledged in the multiple set tiers, and wanted to use one of your choices on the Kickstarter Exclusive Protogen Dice: I'm afraid that because of the difference in price for that set, we weren't able to include that as an option in the survey questions for the Double Trouble through Five Alive pledges. So you won't see the Protogen Dice as one of your options when selecting which sets you'd like. However, we have enabled the ability to change your pledge tier if you need to, so you can select a number of sets that accurately reflect how many boxed sets (Mars, Earth, and The Belt) you'd like to have, and then still select the Protogen Dice as an add-on. Any extra funds you may have in your pledge, can then be applied to shipping.
This workaround is also detailed in the FAQ on Backerkit as well.
